Lady Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky have been photographed for the first time with their newborn baby during a low-key outing in Northern California.
Page Six obtained exclusive photos showing the 40-year-old singer carrying the infant against her chest in a sling or carrier while walking with Polansky, 42. The couple kept the appearance casual. Gaga wore loose pants, an oversized coat or cardigan, dark sunglasses and had her hair pulled back. Polansky appeared in a hoodie, shorts, a baseball cap and flip-flops.
Gaga held a protective hand over the baby as they walked. Some reports noted that her agent, Alexandra Trustman of Creative Artists Agency, accompanied them on the stroll.
Page Six confirmed the birth on September 11, 2026, reporting that the couple had recently welcomed their first child together. A source also confirmed the news to People. Additional details, including the baby’s name, sex and exact date of birth, have not been made public. Representatives for Gaga did not respond to requests for comment from multiple outlets.
The sighting marks the first public appearance of the new family of three. Gaga, whose full name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, and Polansky had kept a low public profile in recent months after she wrapped her Mayhem Ball tour on April 13, 2026, at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Polansky, born September 26, 1983, in Minnesota, is an entrepreneur and Harvard University graduate who studied applied mathematics and computer science. He serves as executive director of the Parker Foundation, which he co-founded with Sean Parker, and sits on the boards of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy and Gaga’s beauty brand Haus Labs. He has also received writing and production credits on tracks from Gaga’s 2025 album Mayhem and her Harlequin soundtrack project.
The pair began dating around 2019 after Gaga’s mother, Cynthia Germanotta, introduced them through shared philanthropic circles. They became engaged in April 2024. Gaga later described the proposal, which took place during a rock-climbing trip, on Jimmy Kimmel Live. She first publicly referred to Polansky as her fiancé during the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Gaga has spoken openly in past interviews about wanting to become a mother. In a March 2025 conversation with The New York Times, she said she was excited about the prospect and emphasized giving children space to discover themselves. In other appearances she described motherhood as her hoped-for “next starring role.”
The couple has not issued a formal statement about the birth. The photos provide the only public confirmation so far of their new chapter as parents.
