Kylie Jenner said she wants her breast implants bigger and more projected, telling friends on a new podcast episode that she wants them to “walk in before I do.”
The comment landed Wednesday on episode 26 of Better Half with Stas & Vic, the YouTube show hosted by Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel. Jenner, 29, is a longtime friend of both hosts. Karanikolaou has known her since 2009. Villarroel once worked for her.
“I do want them bigger,” Jenner said. “You heard it here first.” Her hosts were not surprised. They said they have heard the same line for about a year.
Jenner did not soften it. “I say it every day. I’m like, they need to be bigger and more out there. I want my tits to walk in before I do.”
Karanikolaou answered that Jenner has “an obsession with big tits.” Jenner agreed. “I love big tits now.” The three of them kept the bit going until Villarroel asked whether Jenner would still try to get the work done before 30.
“Probably not, honestly,” Jenner said. She turned 29 on August 10. The hosts reminded her she had talked about doing it before that birthday. She did not. For the year ahead she named a smaller plan: a belly button piercing, “just to experience it.”
The timing sits against a public record she has already put on camera. In 2023, on Hulu’s The Kardashians, Jenner told Karanikolaou she had her first augmentation at 19, months before she gave birth to daughter Stormi Webster on February 1, 2018. “I got my breasts done before Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. Like, they were still healing,” she said then. She also said she had “beautiful” natural breasts and wished she had left them alone. She told viewers to wait until after children. She said she would be “heartbroken” if Stormi wanted the same surgery at 19.
Two years later she published the specs. In June 2025, TikTok creator Rachel Leary asked how Jenner got her chest to sit the way it does. Jenner replied in the comments: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.” Beverly Hills surgeon Garth Fisher later confirmed he used Natrelle silicone implants from Allergan. Plastic surgeons quoted after that post described 445 cc as a large implant. Cup size still depends on the starting chest. Moderate profile is the look meant to read as less projected than a high profile implant. “Half under the muscle” is dual plane placement: the upper part under the pectoralis, the lower part under breast tissue.
That TikTok reply started what Karanikolaou called “a whole trend” of people posting their own implant numbers. On the new episode she brought the trend back to Jenner and asked if the original size still felt like enough. Jenner said no.
She did not name a new cc volume. She did not book a date. She did not say she would return to Fisher. The only firm line was the one about 30: probably not before then.
Jenner is the founder of Kylie Cosmetics and a regular on the family’s Hulu series. She has two children with rapper Travis Scott, Stormi and son Aire Webster, born in February 2022. Tabloids covering the podcast also noted her relationship with actor Timothée Chalamet. She did not tie the implant talk to a partner on the episode itself. The clip that circulated is the exchange with Karanikolaou and Villarroel, not a speech about anyone else.

What she said in 2023 and what she said this week sit next to each other without a neat resolution. At 25 she told a national audience she wished she had never done the first surgery. At 29 she told two friends she wants the next one larger and more visible. She also said she is not racing the calendar to get it.
The belly button piercing is the only pre-30 change she committed to on tape. Villarroel told her it would look good with low-rise clothes and a small waist. Jenner said she thinks she wants it. That is the plan she actually put on the record this week.
