Justin Combs Visits Father Sean Diddy Combs in Prison on Christmas Day

Sean “Diddy” Combs spent Christmas Day behind bars with a visit from his son Justin Combs, according to a report from TMZ.

The visit took place Dec. 25 at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fort Dix in New Jersey, where Combs is currently serving a 50-month sentence. Sources told TMZ that the father and son used the time to catch up on family matters, with Combs also sharing details about daily life in prison. No gifts were exchanged, as federal prison regulations prohibit physical presents during visitation.

The outlet’s post included a pre-incarceration photo of Combs and Justin smiling together, a visual contrast that prompted mixed reactions on social media, ranging from sympathy to dark humor.

Combs has been incarcerated since his arrest in September 2024 on federal charges. In July 2025, he was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking counts but convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution under the Mann Act. He was sentenced in October to 50 months in prison, along with a $500,000 fine and five years of supervised release.

After initially being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, Combs was transferred to the low-security Fort Dix facility on Oct. 30, 2025, at the request of his legal team. The move placed him closer to family and allowed him to enroll in rehabilitation programs. Christmas marked his second holiday season behind bars.

Earlier this week, Combs’ attorneys filed an appeal seeking either his immediate release or a reduced sentence, arguing that the court improperly considered conduct tied to charges on which he was acquitted. The appeal is currently pending, and Combs has continued to maintain his innocence regarding the broader allegations.

Combs’ projected release date is May 2028, pending the outcome of the appeal or any sentence reductions earned through prison programming.
