    Juice WRLD Cause of Death Revealed

    The rapper Juice WRLD, whose real name is Jarad Higgins, passed away on December 8, 2019. It has been over a month, but on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, the cause of Juice WRLD’s death was revealed.

    The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office reported that the rapper passed away due to oxycodone and codeine toxicity. The Medical Examiner’s Office stated that Juice’s death was most likely accidental.

    The situation of his passing was a bit hectic. Juice WRLD passed away after having a seizure at the Chicago airport.     No matter what led to Juice WRLD’s passing, one thing that can be taken away from this unfortunate situation is the dangers of repeated drug use. It is sad to see another young artist pass away as a result of drug use. Along with the passing of Juice WRLD, other artists who have died due to narcotics recently are Mac Miller and Lil Peep. A few rappers spoke out about the dangers of drug use after Juice’s passing. These included Trippie Redd and Joyner Lucas.

    Although Juice was quite young when he passed away, he still was able to create a fair amount of quality music. Several people, including fans and other artists alike, expressed how much the artist meant to them after he died. Including musicians such as Chance the Rapper, Drake, and Trippie Redd.

    After starting on Soundcloud, Juice WRLD was able to gain large amounts of success. Hit songs of the rapper’s include “Lucid Dreams,” “Lean Wit Me,” and “All Girls Are the Same.” A number of his songs made the Billboard’s top 100. Along with this, some of his more significant songs have hundreds of millions of streams on YouTube and Soundcloud.

    Juice WRLD was quite the talented artist but sadly was only to able to make it to 21 years old. None the less he was able to make some meaningful, quality, and hit songs. But when it comes down to it is sad to have another young artist pass away due to drugs. Although rapping about heavy drug use might make for some hit songs, in actuality, repeated drug use is a dangerous road to go down.
