Actor Jonathan Majors is making headlines again, but this time it’s not for a new movie role. But instead, this is after Major announced he’d be appearing at the Famous Monsters Fest convention in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, where he will be selling autographs for a hefty $140 each.The event, scheduled for Sunday, September 15, 2024, is a momentous occasion for Majors in trying to reach his old fan base and reinstate a better public persona after a quite turbulent year.
That $140 price tag for a Major’s autograph has raised some eyebrows, it’s certainly far higher than the average celebrity autograph rate. For perspective: Robert Downey Jr.’s autographs go for about 200 bucks, Florence Pugh’s go for about 160 bucks. Even Taylor Swift’s signed albums, which usually go for 25 bucks on her website, can go for over 300 bucks on the secondary market.
