Jamie Foxx’s Alleged Son Claims He is Homeless While Actor Sits on Millions

The case of the man in a vehicle that appeared to be his going viral way back in January 2025 (and still doing so) was after the man made claims against Jamie Foxx, accusing him of being a deadbeat father who made him lose his house because he was living high on life, with millions stashed away.

In the clip, the man a content creator who goes by Young Tommie is wearing a green jacket and beanie, talking straight to the camera. He claims he hasn’t seen his “dad” in three years, and that the last time they were together was posing for pictures on a red carpet.

“My daddy don’t care nothing about me. He got me out here homeless, Jamie Foxx,”

He says.

“I’ve been living in my car, man. I’ve been living in my car for two years.”

He goes on to say Foxx never supported his dreams, was always too busy, and doesn’t care about him or his mother.

“I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth and still got left out here,”

He continues.

“These celebrities ain’t what y’all think they are… They don’t even care about their own family.”

He also mentioned having his own kids and struggling without any help from his supposed father, telling people to stop putting famous folks on pedestals.

The name of Jamie Foxx is the stage name of Eric Marlon Bishop, who has claimed two daughters only. These two daughters of his are Corinne Foxx and Anelise Bishop born in 1994 and 2009 respectively. Both his daughters have been the center of attention for him always as he calls them his heart and soul.” There’s never been any credible interview, record, or statement from Foxx suggesting he has a son.

The man tried to use an old red carpet photo as “proof” of their last meeting. But that picture is actually from the 2009 premiere of the movie The Soloist, where Jamie was posing with a young child actor named Justin Martin not the grown man in the viral video. The timeline also doesn’t add up: the photo is from 2009, yet he claimed he hadn’t seen his “dad” in just three years.

The video took off on X, TikTok, and Instagram, mostly through repost pages. Stories about rich celebrities abandoning their kids tend to hit hard, especially when the guy said he was sick and had nowhere to stay during the winter. Even though it’s been debunked multiple times, it keeps resurfacing there was another big wave of it in April 2026 that racked up millions of views.

Foxx’s nephew eventually clapped back on social media, saying he’s

“the closest thing Jamie has to a son.”

In the background, you can clearly hear Jamie himself say,

“I ain’t got no damn son, boy!”

Other family members also called the whole thing false and suggested the guy was just chasing attention.

Later on, Young Tommie himself posted follow-ups admitting the whole thing was “ALL an ACT and for ENTERTAINMENT.” He apologized to Jamie Foxx and his family, explaining that he makes skits and dramatic content, and that the negative celebrity angle blew up because people eat that stuff up.

This whole situation is a perfect example of how fast unverified claims can spread online, especially when they push emotional buttons about family, money, and fame. Dramatic videos get views, but without real proof like DNA tests or court documents, they usually turn out to be hoaxes or just content for clicks. The guy even said it himself in one of his later posts: looks can be deceiving.

In the end, Jamie Foxx is still focused on his actual family his two daughters.
