Over the years, artists have endured the misfortune of having a new song leaked online ahead of its release date. However, given that our society revolves around accessibility, fans can’t wait for new content. Jack Harlow is no exception, reeling from a leaked song.
Recently, rapper Jack Harlow took to social media to air out his frustrations after his song collaboration with Drake leaked online. Let’s just say the rapper was very upset.
The Rapper’s Song Collab with Drake Leaks Online
Jack Harlow has become a rising success in the rap industry. He’s even held some chart-topping songs. However, he also endured some setbacks in the last few months. On Tuesday, Harlow stopped by the Erbo In The Morning on Hot97, to discuss his new song collab with Drake that leaked online. Unfortunately, it leaked ahead of the release of his new album Come Home, The Kids Miss You.
Furthermore, Harlow stated that the incident “hurt his feelings.” The rapper went on to say that he doesn’t like song leaks, due to the fact that he doesn’t want to alter or rewrite a favorite verse. Unfortunately, the rapper has to deal with the loss.
Drake Told Him To Chill
Though, the most upsetting part for Jack Harlow had to do with Drake being one of his biggest rap aspirations. Obviously, the moment meant a lot to the Louisville rapper. Although, the Certified Lover Boy, didn’t sweat the leak.
Quite the contrary, he assured Jack Harlow that everything would be fine.
“I think with his experience, he let me know, like ‘You think this is going to affect your life? Like it’s fine.’”
If Drake doesn’t sweat the small stuff, then neither should Jack Harlow.
