Hugh Jackman’s Insane 6,000 Calorie Diet for Wolverine Transformation in Deadpool 3

All geared up to play the role of iconic Wolverine is Hugh Jackman in the hugely anticipated Deadpool 3. The 55-year-old actor, this time, will face a lot of new challenges to get that signature ripped look of the character.

Jackman will bulk up through dedicated gym time and diet. Jackman made light of how many calories he had to really feed on to hit that 6,000 calorie per day target, which is equal to eating some 24 Big Mac burgers every day. For some, it might seem like a dream diet; however, this actually did not turn out to be so. Jackman’s diet has mostly been lean proteins—chicken, tilapia, green beans—a literary and culinary mile away from the burgers he spoke about.
