    Detroit’s Tape Welcome Home Street Lord Juan On “Hometown” Visual

    Emerging Detroit recording artist Tape isn’t your average fresh new face hip-hop star. Equipped with an explosive arsenal of lyrical talent, Tape is marketed as a triple-threat with his success portfolio which includes a fashion line and healthy living ventures. Preparing for the future, today, he takes us back to 2016 to get familiar with where he comes from in the release of the new visual called “Hometown”

    Serving as a welcome home party for longtime Tape collaborator and fellow Detroit rapper Street Lord Juan. “Hometown” is luxurious, both stars exhibit a well-balance of flashy bravado and a natural comfort for the finest things in life, earned through a signature Motor City state-of-mind.     About the triple-threat Tape. King Tape, formerly known as DetroitKing Tape, is a respected figure within the Motor City. A designer, businessman and recording artist, Tape is best known for his innovative style, distinctive business moves and natural lyrical prowess. “Hometown” is the latest collaboration between Tape and Juan which includes a previous song, titled “Tape and Juan” from Tape’s sophomore album, The King of the D.

    The latest video prepares both longtime fans and new audience for Tape’s upcoming new docu-series, titled, Health & Hustle. Set in 2021, the new series will follow the successful entertainer throughout his life on his way to building an empire as he balances several different interests, including the opening of his new Health & Hustle restaurant in Los Angeles. All while leaving his mark and sound on the Motor City.

    Tape’s latest visual is the perfect origin point for any newfound fan in search of the next big thing coming out of the same home that made Eminem, Tee Grizzley and Big Sean. Both “Hometown” and The Real Detroit 187 are available now via DWI.
