Born and raised in Sacramento, Colton Graves has come a long way from his start in music.
Growing up in a close-knit family, his first interchange with music came while hanging out with his grandfather. Graves attributes his fondest memories to riding in the car with his grandfather singing their favorite songs.
Graves explained, “I began singing with my Grandpa Lloyd (also my best friend) in his truck when I was young. Been loving it ever since.”
At a young age, Colton Graves began working on his family’s ranch. While learning to make music, the artist began performing and playing at shows in the area. During this time, Colton met music executive and producer, Aaron Kaplan, who signed him to Extreme Music, an affiliate of Sony/ATV Music Publishing.
After signing to Extreme Music/Sony ATV, Colton dropped his album, “Smile For Me“. This song has already garnered media attention, landing him on the top 50 chart. The 15-minute long extended EP provides listeners will a broad array of options within the country spectrum.
“I am happy and excited about this new project. I am grateful to have the privilege of working with amazing producers and musicians including; Ryan Johnson and Aaron Kaplan.”
