In footage that began circulating widely on September 29, bikini and butt photos of the looksmaxxing streamer’s girlfriend appear on a screen at a cosmetic clinic, only for someone in the room to react with a blunt assessment: “before and way before.”
The short video, shared across multiple clip accounts, has already racked up hundreds of thousands of views. Viewers are left with the same question the captions keep posing: Was this a consultation, or had work already been done? So far, neither Clavicular nor the woman in the photos has offered a public explanation, and no independent confirmation of any procedure has surfaced.
Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, has built a following by documenting extreme approaches to appearance, from steroids and facial procedures to the kind of body talk that regularly generates viral moments. His relationships have often played out in public. Earlier this year he was linked to Violet Lentz amid a livestreamed altercation that drew legal attention. More recently he dated Lily Snyder; the pair’s on-and-off relationship included open discussions about starting a family before they split again in mid-September.
Older clips from earlier in 2026 specifically involving Snyder reference butt-related cosmetic work, including injections and mixed reactions to the results. Those moments are separate from the newest clinic footage, which does not identify the woman on screen by name.
