The fearless Amazon leader may be putting up some big coins for purchase. The $35 million dollar property is just pennies of his actual worth.

The Amazon e-commerce giant CEO Jeff Bezos may be landing a pad in New York City. While walking around in Chelsea’s Walker Tower accompanied by security, Bezos grabbed attention. Within seconds word got around that the richest man in the world was apartment shopping. Currently, there is an entire top-floor penthouse on the market for $35 million. If the purchase goes through, this could surely ignite a big push in New York’s dragging real estate market. The overpriced properties have slowed down selling in the market, forcing firms to slash prices in half!

The high-priced penthouse is currently on the market after some serious allegations. The current owner allegedly purchasing the property with proceeds from international money-laundering. Currently, the feds are investigating the matter in question. Furthermore, the owner purchased the property in 2014 for $50 Million. Overall, the price tag is the most expensive home to sell in downtown Manhattan. In addition, before it was rumored that Amazon would have a second headquarters in New York. Ultimately, several groups of people disputed the thought of the ideal. Amazon is still undecided on the final location of the secondary headquarters.

His possibly purchasing the penthouse shows people just how long his money is. Most recently it was reported that Bezos and his wife were in the middle of a divorce.  Above all, in the middle of March, the two finalized the permanent separation. The final straw in their marriage came after it was allegedly discovered that Bezos was hitting Lauren Sanchez for months. The founder continues to find innovative ways to beat out industry giants. Because of the logistics behind Amazon, plenty of flagship brands are closing down stores internationally. Above all, consumers are now able to conveniently shop without having to go to the store.

Avengers Endgame Closes Out With Dominance In The Box Office

Stan Lee is gone, but he would be proud of what the Russo brothers did to his marvel empire.

This past weekend Marvel Studios broke another record previously held by them. Over the last 10 years, all 21 films under the company have been leading up to Avengers Endgame. Plenty of storylines references and questions were all revealed by the end of the 3-hour movie. The final installment of the series scored 96% from Rotten Tomatoes.

Avengers Endgame managed to rake in $1.2 billion globally with its debut. It topped the previous record with “Avengers: Infinity War” by $560 million worldwide. The star-studded cast includes Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlet Johansson. In addition, Jeremey Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gilan, Dana Gurira, Bradley Cooper, Samuel L. Jackson, and Josh Brolin.

“The Avengers, by assembling the biggest movie debut in history, have proven that another of their superpowers is the ability to knock several percentage points off the year-to-date deficit,” Dergarabedian said. “‘Endgame’ has truly started the momentum rolling on potentially the biggest revenue generating summer (and year) in box office history.”

Endgame broke another record in the world of IMAX. The opening took in $91.5 million. This beat out “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”.

“Kevin Feige and the Marvel Studios team have continued to challenge notions of what is possible at the movie theatre both in terms of storytelling and at the box office,” said Disney Studios chairman Alan Horn. “Though ‘Endgame’ is far from an end for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, these first 22 films constitute a sprawling achievement, and this weekend’s monumental success is a testament to the world they’ve envisioned, the talent involved, and their collective passion, matched by the irrepressible enthusiasm of fans around the world.”

50 Cent has a track record for being petty when it comes to disagreements. His latest victims are Vanderpump Rule’s roster of Lala Kent and Randall Emmett. The exchange of insults didn’t last too long before Mr. Emmett had to go to the hospital because of chest pains. However, that didn’t stop 50 Cent from calling Lala a hoe and claiming that he needs his $1 Million dollars back.

“I said I’m sorry fifty [sic] I’m heading to emergency room I’m not doing well Please don’t text me anymore,” Emmett wrote according to the screen grab. “This is too much for me I’m so hurt and not feeling well Now my ex is f–king with me after your post this is very bad for me on all levels going to er to make sure not having heart attack. Please fifty no more.”

50 Cent is relentless when it comes to humiliating his enemies. In the past, he has taken several turns at ripping apart the pound for pound champion Floyd Mayweather. Most recently, he has reignited beef with former friend Young Buck.  In addition, he has been making fun of Tierra Mari who currently owes him from judgment.

The two has been in the news lately after several allegations that Travis was cheating on his billionaire baby mama. Overall, on several occasions, Jenner has made it known that she and Scot are more than fine at the moment. Just last year, the two put out money for a mega-mansion, an continues to keep there baby girl Stormi at the forefront of their family.

Outside of there relationship, Kylie has had to deal with the backlash from her former friend Jordyn Woods. Around two months ago news outlets reported that Woods and Tristan Thompson may have been intimate. Woods took to the Red Table Talk to quickly clear up all rumors, claiming nothing happened. Above all, since then Khloe has blamed the majority of her and Tristan’s relationship issues on her.

It seems as though the storm surrounding woods is starting to fizzle out, and Kylie can go back to focusing on her cosmetic empire. Jenner also made a big statement by getting a billboard to congratulate Mr. Astroworld on another year of life.

R. Kelly Loses Case for Sexual Assault

R. Kelly has lost his sexual abuse case.

Allegedly, Kelly claims to have been so overwhelmed by the latest string of events that he was unable to fully concentrate on the imminent case at hand.

The case in question involves Heather Williams. Williams is one of the latest women to come forward and accuse Kelly of sexually abusing her, while she was a minor. Prior to Williams’ lawsuit, Kelly was already facing 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Williams states that she was 16 at the time of her alleged involvement with the accused. he filed the charges against him in February, in Cook County, Illinois.

However, due to Kelly‘s failed appearance in court, he’s lost that case. Though, Kelly’s civil attorney, Brian Nix, say’s it isn’t his clients fault., and is calling for Kelly to be cut some slack.

“[Being overwhelmed] coupled with Mr. Kelly not being cognizant of what the motion fully meant led to him missing the hearing. I had no idea he had been served.”

Nix is seeking another ruling.

The “Jesus Walks” rapper is allegedly thinking about starting his own church. One source tells People magazine, that West has been considering the idea more and more, ever since the success of his Sunday Service. Just last weekend, West attracted a crowd of over 50,000 people, as he performed an Easter Sunday Service during the weekend of Coachella. In the crowd was, of course, the Kardashian clan, and others like Donald Glover, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi, and DMX.

But it wouldn’t be the typical service says the source. Apparently, it would be more music based.

At the moment, West has not commented on his plans, however, it does seem like this new venture would suit him.

“Say what you want about Kanye, but he really does want to help people who need support. He understands brokenness and the need for healing, probably more than most people. He believes in the healing powers of music, but also believes that God can step in and heal people’s brokenness and their issues.”

The rapper is surely facing plenty more issues within the hip-hop community. Previously the rapper attempted to shot his shoot with Lauren London directly after the passing of Nipsey Hussle. Rappers such as T.I., and The Game called out the rapper for his actions. Many saw it as disrespect, especially in a time of mourning for the loss of a great influencer in the world of hip-hop.

Several parents are currently in the process of being charged for there involvement in the crime.

It seems as though 50 Cent is back on another relentless attack. This time around Curtis is humiliating his own artist.

The “I Get Money” rapper has decided to take aim at former G-Unit member Young Buck. The rapper formerly signed to 50 Cent‘s label has been caught up in a whirlwind of the media. Several outlets have reported that Buck has intimate dealings with a transsexual. In little to no time, 50 Cent has been on the forefront making fun of the Nashville native.

“Young buck is almost ready to drop his album,” 50 wrote. “He worked hard on this project, I told him his personal choice to date a tran sexual will confuse some of his core audience but with the support of the LGBT he should be fine. New heat coming soon.”

It wasn’t long before Young Buck responded back to address all the confusion. He took aim at 50 Cent on an Instagram live trying to defuse what 50 Cent was implying. If you know 50 Cent then you know he plays hardball when it comes to making a statement. However, with groups such as LGBTQ in place, there shouldn’t be any real issues taking place. It seems as though Buck felt differently about the whole situation.

“I thought you was 50 Cent,” he said. “I’ve been around you for a long time. I thought you had some real nigga tendencies, homie. I’m a phone call away or a face-to-face meeting away with anything. Nigga, you a real-life sucka trying to manipulate the fans’ minds and play with these people. Telling these people all these ol’ fake ass, false ass lies and shit.”

Things turned more hilarious when Buck challenged 50 Cent to a rap battle to resolve the matter. Apparently, Buck is still tied to a contract through 50 Cent. The rapper claims that Mr. Jackson is putting pressure on his through several legal strategies.

Smollet is currently on the wrong end of a media frenzy. The actor is making plenty of enemies after staging a  random hate-crime against himself. Furthermore, the City of Chicago seems to have a personal vendetta against Smollett. After a judge decided that the charges would be dropped. Following the ruling City officials decided to file a lawsuit against Smollett. The City is attempting to recoup for overtime paid out during the investigation.

Several outlets have reported that on April 19th,  Empire stars Taraji Henson an Terrance Howard sent a letter to executives at Fox Entertainment. The co-lead actors requested that Smollett returns to the show.

“Together, as a united front, we stand with Jussie Smollett and ask that our co-star, brother and friend be brought back for our sixth season of Empire Opens a New Window.,”

Jussie is still facing a world of legal trouble from his personal actions. One of a lawsuit which includes the brothers that were an accomplice in the staged act.

According to Page Six,  The comedian used his toast at a Time magazine gala to send a message. Mostly indented to Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser about a jailed activist in Saudi Arabia.

“I know there’s a lot of very powerful people here, and it would be crazy if there was a high-ranking official in the White House that could WhatsApp MBS and say, ‘Hey, maybe you could help that person get out of prison because they don’t deserve it?’” Minhaj said during a toast at a Time magazine gala in New York City.”

Kushner was given responsibility within the Trump administration for Israel-Palestinian policy two years ago. He still has not provided concrete details of U.S. efforts. In February, Kushner met with the crown prince for the first time since the murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi in Istanbul last October. It’s not clear if the two discussed Khashoggi.

Minhaj has been openly critical of Saudi Arabia in the past, most recently in a 2018 episode of his Netflix show “Patriot Act With Hasan Minhaj” in which he criticized the kingdom’s rulers after Khashoggi’s murder. In January, Saudi authorities filed a complaint that led Netflix to remove the episode from its platform in the country.

R. Kelly Loses Sex Abuse Lawsuit!

R. Kelly’s continues to go downhill after the singer failed to appear at court to address a civil lawsuit brought against him.

Hollywood Unlocked reports that on Tuesday, the judge over the lawsuit declared a default judgment against the disgraceful singer. The women confirmed that she is one of the accusers in the ongoing criminal case against R. Kelly. The woman filed the civil suit in February, alleging that Kelly sexually abused her from the time she was 16 in 1998. Kelly was served a summons in Cook County jail, as he was being held on charges of failing to pay over $160,000 in back child support.

“Commencing in or about June 1998 and thereafter until she was of the age of majority, defendant, Robert Sylvester Kelly, sexually abused plaintiff,” the lawsuit claims. “Specifically, defendant, Robert Sylvester Kelly, had sexual intercourse with the minor plaintiff. The defendant also engaged in oral sex with the minor plaintiff.”

Lawyers for the plaintiff state that since the lawsuit was filed in February, R. Kelly has ignored all court summonses.

 “Robert Sylvester Kelly has failed and refused to file an appearance or answer to the Complaint even though [he is] required to do so,” the attorneys wrote.

The Chicago Sun-Times reached out to R. Kelly’s publicist, Darrell Johnson, who responded “We don’t care about the lawsuit. The lawsuit means nothing to us.”

The newest artwork on the presidents hated star had “Putin’s Bitch” plastered all over it with white spray paint.

TMZ states that the hilarious act happened around 3:00 AM where a man started spraying a coat of black paint over the star. He continues to add the finishing touches in white paint. Overall, there was also another man accompanying him to take photos and videos.

The vandalism, which alludes to Trump’s alleged cozy relationship with the Russian leader, comes days after a redacted version of special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s report.  Above all the report outlines interference in the 2016 presidential election was released.

Previously Trump’s star was jackhammered, painted, pickaxed, and somewhat peed on by Geroge Lopez. Says a lot about the commitment of Trump’s haters that they keep coming back.

As a result, the artwork did not last long. The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce was sent early morning to clean the star. Furthermore, TMZ also reports that The Hollywood Historic Trust is planning on filing a police report for the repetitive vandalism.

Lawyers of Bill Cosby filed a bail application on his behalf this Wednesday.

According to Page Six, It is said that Cosby believes that the judge that sentenced him is a corrupt racist.

In a statement that was posted to Cosby’s Instagram account, attorneys disgraced the comedian who calls himself a “political prisoner.” Like Nelson Mandel, who claimed the judge found him guilty because he was black.

“His disrespectful behavior brings a smile to my face because it’s shedding light on this judge’s actions, demonstrating that this issue extends beyond just me,” the post says. “O’Neill has his method now: proven and used to harm any Black or non-white man in America.”

Bill Cosby’s lawyers filed an application requesting the prisoner to be released on bail during the appeal process.

The actor is serving a three to ten-year sentence after being convicted in 2017. More than 60 women came forward claiming to have been sexually assaulted by the comedian. Yet, He denies all claims.
