Bhad Bhabie is clapping back hard at the latest wave of online rumors claiming she got a Brazilian Butt Lift.
The young rapper, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, has been getting heat over the past few days in late March 2026 after she posted some pictures flaunting her new, curvier body. Of course, people right away started accusing her of getting a BBL, although she has been very open about her long-term fight against chronic myeloid leukemia, the blood cancer she first announced in late 2024.
The drama kicked into high gear when she posted pics in minimal outfits, flexing her tattoos, hips, and new proportions, along with some long captions about her journey. No Jumper helped stir the pot on April 1 by sharing screenshots of her now-deleted Instagram comments and Stories.

But Bhad Bhabie wasn’t having it. She straight-up told fans that years ago she got “ass shots” those injectable fillers because she didn’t have enough body fat for a proper BBL at the time. Later on, she had those shots removed, took medication to put on some healthy weight, and then went through liposuction with fat transfer.
Her exact words were:
“I got my ass shots removed then a medication to gain weight and got lipo and fat transfer. I grew my ass myself. I only had my hip dips filled and some added to the side profile area for side projection.”
She also made it clear she had full medical clearance, adding,
“I have labs done before my surgeries and was given clearance by my doctors… MY BLOOD WORK CAME BACK NORMAL EVERY TIME AND I PASSED ALL THE EKGS, PHYSICAL EXAMS, AND ECT!”
For those who don’t know, a traditional Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) involves liposuction to harvest fat from places like the stomach or thighs, then injecting that fat into the buttocks for more shape and volume. What she described removing old fillers, gaining weight naturally with meds, then doing lipo and fat transfer sounds pretty similar in practice, even if she pushes back against calling it a BBL and insists she
“grew my ass myself.”
She’s never been shy about her past procedures. As a teenager she experimented with silicone shots and Sculptra (which she said didn’t do much), and she’s already admitted to lip fillers, veneers, a nose job in 2025, and breast implants to get back to her pre-breastfeeding size.
Reactions online split right down the middle. A lot of supporters cheered her for being honest, saying it’s her body and her choice. Others questioned whether it was smart to do elective surgery while fighting cancer, and some just cracked jokes about how fast the changes happened. Plenty of people debated how much of the new look came from weight gain versus the procedures. The whole thing blew up across X, The Shade Room, and various hip-hop pages, turning into yet another round of the body-shaming she’s dealt with since she was 16.
At the end of the day, stories like this just show how obsessively social media scrutinizes young female celebs and influencers. Bhad Bhabie has been raw and real ever since her viral “Cash me ousside” moment on Dr. Phil back in 2016. She’s always been upfront about motherhood, raising her daughter Kali Love, and the tweaks she’s made to her body. Her latest response highlights the pressure to justify every single curve while reminding everyone that her health decisions are ultimately between her and her doctors.
In the end, we only have her word on the details. It’s part medical process, part personal choice, and part endless internet noise that’s just celebrity body talk in 2026.
