Anthony Constantino Releases Viral Diss Track Targeting Zohran Mamdani

Sticker Mule CEO Anthony Constantino is making headlines — and turning heads — after dropping a surprise rap track that’s got social media buzzing.

The New York businessman, known for his outspoken conservative views, released a remix of 2Pac’s “Hit ’Em Up” titled “You Funny” this week, aiming at New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani.

The diss track, first posted on WorldStarHipHop, quickly went viral — drawing thousands of likes and hundreds of heated comments within hours. Constantino, rapping under the name @ac132, uses the track to question Mamdani’s citizenship status and authenticity as a New Yorker.

“He’s still waving that Ugandan flag,” Constantino raps, flipping 2Pac’s aggressive 1996 anthem into a politically charged statement.

Constantino’s remix — complete with punchy lyrics and a nod to old-school hip-hop delivery — has sparked online debate. Some listeners slam the song for going too far, while others call it surprisingly catchy.

Even more unexpected, urban music platforms and social media accounts that typically avoid conservative political content have been sharing and discussing the track, sometimes even applauding Constantino’s boldness.

WorldStarHipHop’s Instagram post of the song has become a lightning rod for conversation, with reactions ranging from “Didn’t expect this from a CEO” to “He actually kinda snapped.”

Constantino isn’t your average rapper. The entrepreneur made national news in July 2024 when he sent a company-wide “Trump 2024” email to Sticker Mule customers in response to the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. The message — which promoted Trump-themed discounts — sparked both boycotts and support.

Since then, Constantino has leaned even further into politics, erecting a “Vote for Trump” sign at Sticker Mule’s upstate New York headquarters and publicly floating the idea of running for Congress.

Now, with “You Funny,” he’s adding “viral rapper” to his growing list of public personas.

Zohran Mamdani, 33, is a Democratic assemblyman and the party’s nominee for New York City mayor. Born in Uganda to Indian parents, Mamdani became a U.S. citizen in 2018. His dual citizenship has drawn criticism in recent months amid concerns over Uganda’s strict anti-LGBTQ laws.

That controversy followed him on the campaign trail. Former Governor Andrew Cuomo, running as an independent, has openly questioned Mamdani’s ties to Uganda, while Republican Congressman Chuck Fleischmann has even called for his denaturalization, citing old lyrics and alleged political associations.

What’s striking about Constantino’s latest move is where it’s catching on. Despite his conservative reputation, his track has found traction in hip-hop circles — spaces that have long leaned progressive.

Media analysts say the moment reflects a growing cultural shift where political messages — even controversial ones — are being repackaged through entertainment formats that transcend traditional boundaries.

“This might be the first time a conservative CEO has gone viral by borrowing hip-hop’s language,” media strategist Jamal Hines tells People. “It’s bold, it’s risky, but it’s definitely getting attention.”

With the New York City mayoral election just weeks away, the viral diss track adds yet another twist to an already tense political race. For Constantino, it’s proof that social media savvy — and a good beat — can take a message much further than a press release ever could.

As “You Funny” continues to rack up views across Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok, one thing is clear: in 2025, the line between politics and pop culture has never been thinner.
