Hard times have fallen on rapper A$AP Rocky. Earlier this year, the New York rapper was arrested for a 2021 November case that involved the rap star shooting his former friend. Fortunately, the rapper made bail and was released from jail. Though, most recently, the police arrested the “Good For You” rapper again this week. Now during his recent court hearing, he claims he’s innocent.
The New York Rapper Claims He’s Innocent
At this point, it seems that Rocky’s November 2021 case will never cease to end. While investigators continue to gather more details surrounding the shooting, A$AP Rocky pleaded his innocence in court on Wednesday. Furthermore, the “Sundress” emcee appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom where he pled not guilty to felony firearm charges involving the 2021 dispute with his former friend, A$AP Relli. Let’s see if the rapper can pay his way out of jail again this time.
A$AP Rocky Ordered To Keep His Distance
It goes without saying that A$AP Rocky’s case came at the worst possible moment. Recently, the rapper had his first born with superstar and beauty mogul Rihanna. Right when the star couple adjusted to new life with a child, the police showed up at their door.
Fortunately, the rapper’s fate hasn’t been decided yet. Though, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Victoria B. Wilson did order A$AP Rocky to stay away from his former friend, A$AP Relli. The judge doesn’t have to tell the rapper twice. Now that he’s a dad, we’re positive he’ll start making decisions from here on out. Furthermore, a preliminary hearing will be held this upcoming November. Best of luck to the rapper.
