Andrew Tate Allegedly Involved in Bestiality Claim While Incarcerated

Newly released UK extradition documents filed in a Miami federal court have put fresh details into the public eye about the case against Andrew Tate. British prosecutors allege the influencer possessed extreme pornography, including material depicting sexual intercourse with a live horse and an eel, according to filings made public around October 5-6, 2026.

These claims sit inside a much larger UK case. Authorities say Tate faces 42 charges in total. Those include multiple counts of rape, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, controlling prostitution for gain, making and distributing indecent images of a child, and possessing extreme pornography. His brother Tristan faces 17 related charges. The brothers deny every allegation. No trial has taken place on the UK charges, and nothing has been proven in court.

Prosecutors state that two images or videos recovered from a device attributed to Tate, seized in connection with a July 2015 investigation, portrayed “in an explicit and realistic way” a person performing an act of intercourse with a live animal one involving an eel and one involving a horse. The filings describe the material as grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character. Two further extreme images allegedly showed acts that resulted or were likely to result in serious injury to a person’s genitals. These form four counts of possessing extreme pornography under UK law.

The same package of documents also alleges that devices seized from Tate’s home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, after his July 18, 2015 arrest contained 168 indecent images and videos of a girl believed to have been 17 at the time. A significant number were classified as Category A, the most serious under UK classification. Prosecutors claim messages recovered from Tate’s phone indicated he knew her age, including an exchange in which she referenced her parents discovering the webcam work and him acknowledging potential legal issues because she was “not old enough.” One alleged video shows Tate on a bed with the girl in lingerie kissing his neck while another adult woman joins them.

UK investigators describe the brothers operating a webcam business and using what they call a “lover boy” model. According to police summaries in the extradition package, the pair allegedly formed intimate relationships with vulnerable women, encouraged them to travel (including to Romania), then used financial dependence, threats and violence to pressure them into producing content. The alleged conduct spans roughly 2010 to 2017 and involves seven complainants in total.

Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in Miami on July 18, 2026, on the UK extradition request. A U.S. magistrate judge denied their release in September, citing flight risk. They remain in federal detention while contesting extradition. Formal supporting documents, including redacted police summaries, became public in early October. Their attorney, Joseph McBride, has called the extreme-porn claims “prosecution slop” and questioned the attribution of devices, telling media there is no proof Tate viewed the material. The brothers maintain their innocence and that any interactions were consensual.

These remain unproven allegations contained in the United Kingdom’s formal extradition request. Extradition proceedings decide only whether the brothers will be sent to the UK to face trial; they do not determine guilt. Separate proceedings continue in Romania.

Readers should watch the next steps in the Miami federal court any scheduled extradition hearing, defense challenges to the evidence, and whether the full set of UK charges ultimately proceeds to trial.
