Canadian adult content creator Korina Kova sat down with hosts Che Durena and JJ Liberman on the latest episode of the 2 Goons Podcast to discuss the lifelong growth of her breasts, the implants she added early in her career, and the creative holiday themes that have become a signature part of her work.

For a long time Kova believed she had gigantomastia, a rare condition of excessive ongoing breast tissue growth. She recently learned the driver was estrogen dominance. With hormone balancing, including progesterone, the growth has stopped.
Early in her career she already measured a full G cup. She decided to get implants anyway, calling the choice “boob greed.” Fans helped fund the surgery. She went up only one cup size, placing a small implant above the muscle so the natural shape stayed intact. Natural tissue continued expanding around the implants. She has zero regrets and describes the result as “a full circus act.”
Kova began working in restaurants, moved to topless service and bottle service, then turned to exotic dancing and independent clip production around 2017. Seeing other women earn good money from their bodies helped her reframe the shame she had carried since childhood. Once she started celebrating what she had once hidden, her career and self-image shifted.
She now regularly styles her breasts for every holiday, creating festive looks that fans respond to strongly. The hosts and Kova talked about how those themes, along with creative posing, keep her content fresh.
Practical challenges remain. She often faces secondary screening and delays when crossing the Canada-U.S. border, a pattern that began after a past denial while traveling for an industry event. She also weighs a possible breast reduction for comfort and health reasons but worries it could affect the connection she has built with fans who love her current look.
