Three identical triplets from Harlem are gaining widespread attention online after a candid video discussing their experience with vitiligo sparked a viral moment across social platforms earlier this month.
Pauly G, Pete G and Ty Ty — known collectively as the Graham Brotherz — have seen a rapid surge in visibility after a short clip of the brothers speaking about their shared diagnosis circulated on X, Instagram and Threads in mid-January. In the video, the trio reflects on being diagnosed with vitiligo between the ages of 14 and 16 and how going through the experience together helped shape their confidence and career path.
Vitiligo is an autoimmune condition that causes the loss of skin pigmentation and affects an estimated 0.5% to 2% of people worldwide, according to dermatological research. The condition is often more visibly pronounced on darker skin tones, which has historically contributed to stigma and underrepresentation in media and fashion.
Because the brothers are identical triplets, their vitiligo developed around the same time and in similar patterns — a rarity that viewers quickly took notice of. In the clip, they explain that having each other’s support prevented any one of them from feeling isolated during adolescence, a time when physical appearance can carry significant social pressure.
The Graham Brotherz began sharing fashion content and personal reflections on social media in late 2024 under the handle @thegrahambrotherz, documenting their journey into modeling while openly embracing their skin. By late 2025, they were steadily building momentum, but the January 2026 reposts pushed them into a new level of visibility. Their videos and interviews have since amassed more than 10 million views across platforms.
Much of the response has been positive, with viewers praising the brothers for promoting confidence, brotherhood and representation. Their rise has also prompted comparisons to trailblazing figures such as Winnie Harlow, whose success helped expand visibility for models with vitiligo in mainstream fashion.
The Graham Brotherz appear to be in the early stages of their professional modeling careers, gaining exposure primarily through social media rather than major agency campaigns. Still, their viral moment has positioned them as emerging voices in conversations around beauty standards, representation and self-acceptance — with their shared bond remaining at the center of their story.
