Ralo Accuses Young Thug of Sowing Discord in Atlanta’s Rap Scene

Ralo’s blistering accusations against Young Thug have set Atlanta’s rap scene on edge, with the rapper claiming Young Thug deliberately turned the city’s top rappers against each other. In a fiery Instagram video and pointed X posts, Ralo laid out a series of allegations, accusing Young Thug of sowing division among Atlanta’s hip-hop heavyweights, including Birdman, Lil Wayne, Rich Homie Quan, YFN Lucci, Future, Gunna, and Lil Baby. He also issued a chilling final warning to Young Thug, threatening to release damaging information if the feud continues. Ralo’s video rant detailed specific instances of Young Thug’s alleged betrayal.

He claimed,

“The first thing Thug did was try to turn Birdman against Lil Wayne,”

This refers to the controversial Barter 6 album title in 2015, which many saw as a slight against Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter series. He further accused Young Thug of snitching,

“Then he tell on the na that’s supposed to handle the business,”

referencing a resurfaced audio clip allegedly showing Young Thug discussing Peewee Roscoe during a police investigation. Ralo also called out Young Thug’s role in industry conflicts,

“He turned around and took the whole motherfing world again while I was feeling loose… Everybody go against Lucha… He tried to turn everybody against Lucha,”

referring to YFN Lucci.

He added,

“Then he turned around, he was beefing with Future… Boom! Then he see Gunna surpassing everybody in the industry. Now he called to the street, turn everybody in the world against motherf***ing Gunna.”

Ralo didn’t stop there. He recounted a personal slight, alleging,

“Me and Lil Baby, we go to the motherf*ing dentist… He pulled another evil slant,”

that Young Thug influenced Lil Baby to distance himself from Ralo over “fake snitching allegations.” He summarized the chaos, stating,

“All this did, everything that happened in Atlanta, everybody going against each other… Why? Because he’s been doing that for a whole st around the world.”

Ralo challenged Young Thug’s street credibility, saying,

“He thought he was Pablo Escobar… He ain’t did nothing in these streets… He ain’t put in no work.”

The feud escalated with Ralo’s direct threat to Young Thug and his associates, including Peewee Roscoe and Baby Jade.

In a scathing Instagram post, Ralo warned,

“Aye Jeff, this my final warning for you niccas to leave me alone. Cuz I promise I got some sht in this phone I can post that yawl won’t be able to come back from.”

He accused them of targeting him out of “jealousy, hatred, and envy,” adding,

“Big Jade, you and everybody that’s in Rosco comments knew this boy PeeWee was a rat… Yawl went against us out of jealousy… Shut Peewee up cuz he really digging a deeper hole for yawl.”

Young Thug responded on X, denying the snitching allegations and claiming he made an “honest mistake” in the audio clip by mentioning selling weed to Lil Wayne to clear up a misunderstanding. He countered Ralo, writing,

“I tried to free my man. U tried to fry yours.”

And shared court evidence to refute cooperation claims. Peewee Roscoe backed Young Thug, labeling Ralo, Gunna, and YSL Duke as “rats,” which prompted Ralo’s retaliatory video and threats. The tension traces back to a complex history. Ralo and Young Thug, once collaborators on tracks like “Flexing on Purpose,” reconciled a 2016 beef, but their relationship soured again.

Ralo, released in November 2023 after nearly six years in federal prison for drug trafficking and racketeering, contrasts his “federal” case with Young Thug’s Fulton County YSL RICO case, where Thug pleaded guilty in October 2024 to gang, drug, and gun charges, securing release on house arrest. Ralo’s support for YFN Lucci, seen in his #FreeLucci posts, further highlights his opposition to Young Thug’s alleged divisiveness.
