Roddy Ricch Inks Child Support Deal: $8K/month + Car & Legal Fees!

West Coast rapper Rodrick ‘Roddy RicchMoore Jr. has reached a full custody settlement with his ex-girlfriend, Alexandra Kiser, over their 3-year-old son named Kadence Shyla Moore… “It’s a huge step in the co-parenting evolution,” which includes an arrangement that splits parenting duties as well as financial obligations, a source told.

The custody arrangement gives Roddy Ricch and Alexandra Kiser “shares joint physical and legal custody of Kadence.” Per the terms, Ricch will have custody of his son Tuesday at 11:00 am until Thursday at 11:00 am each week. Custodial exchanges will be conducted at Kiser’s home, with Ricch’s grandmother assisting in the transfers.

Ricch has agreed to significant financial contributions in addition to joint custody. He will be paying $8,000 a month in child support, kicking 12/1.23. Those payments will be made until either further order of the court, or in any event, until Kadence attains majority at the age of 18. Kiser, who is currently unemployed and receives no regular income, hasn’t been required to pay any money.

But Ricch’s obligations don’t stop at the payment for child support. 100% of Kadences medical bills, tuition and any additional agreed expenses will be covered by him ensuring all his sons requirements are met.

Each parent is restrained from saying negative or untoward comments about the other and will not marginalize each other in regard to the child even if Kadence isn’t within earshot of any conversation. That promise is further extended with a restriction on any public social media posts. By so doing, the couple have again demonstrated that they are putting their son’s needs first in the event of future conflict.

In connection with the plea agreement, Kiser will be required to return a 2020 Dodge Charger (which had belonged to Ricch) by November 17, 2023. Kiser’s transportation will also be taken care of by Ricch, offering a $1,000 monthly car stipend until September 1st 2024. This stipend is independent of the child support.

Additionally, Ricch has also agreed to pay $37,500 for Kiser’s legal fees as a result of the custody battle.

Containing a balanced approach to co-parenting with enforceable provisions on financial stability and mutual respect, the custody agreement reads as follows: Roddy Ricch and Alexandra Kiser hope their son, Kadence, will be able to help lay down a solid base for him in the future by outlining clear responsibilities and commitments. With no signs of conflict pertaining co-parenting duties, perhaps it indicates that the light for a better interacting formality behind raising their family is up ahead.

All of these further provisions suggest Roddy Ricch fiance’s dedication to the well being of their son and, in return, the rapper’s commitment toward co-parenting relationship. “The most important thing is that we are able to support Kadence through all of the changes in her life,” Comcast Spectacor said as they look ahead.
