4 Cool Holiday Drinks

With the challenges that 2020 has sprung upon the world this year, there are plenty of ways to spread holiday cheer. If you are looking for some holiday drinks to warm up your insides, consider these 4 holiday-inspired drinks:

1. Boozy Grinch Punch

The ingredients:

1 (0.13-oz.) packet Kool-Aid Lemon Lime mix 

4 c. water

4 c. ice 

3 c. lemon-lime soda 

2 c. pineapple juice 

2 c. vodka 

1 c. ginger ale 

Lime wedges, for rimming 

Red sanding sugar, for rimming

Grab It, Pour It

Grab a large pitcher and mix Kool-Aid with water. In a punch bowl, combine ice, Kool-Aid, soda, pineapple juice, vodka, and ginger ale. Add lime wedge to rim of glasses, then dip in sugar. Pour punch into glasses and serve.

2. Cranberry Mimosas

The ingredients:

1 lime, halved

2 tbsp. sugar

1 c. sweetened cranberry juice

1 bottle champagne

12 fresh cranberries

4 small sprigs fresh rosemary

Rime It, Pour It

Prepare the champagne flutes by rimming with lime and dipping in sugar. Add 1/4 cup cranberry juice to each glass, then pour champagne. Use a toothpick to poke a hole through cranberries and thread them onto a rosemary skewer for garnish. Cheers and enjoy your mimosas!

3. Drunk Jack Frosties

The ingredients:  

1 c. vodka

1 c. Prosecco

1/2 c. Blue Curaçao

1/2 c. lemonade

6 c. ice

Blend It, Pour It

Mix vodka, Prosecco, blue curaçao, lemonade, and ice. Blend together.

Rub lemon wedge on glass rims and dip in sanding sugar. Pour frosties into prepared glasses and serve right away.

4. Mistletoe Mules

The ingredients:

Ice

2 oz. vodka

1 oz. fresh lime juice

1 (12-oz.) can ginger beer

1/4 c. pomegranate seeds

2 crushed candy canes, plus two whole, for garnish

Mint sprigs, for garnish

Fill It, Sprinkle It

Fill two copper mugs with ice. Mix 1 oz vodka and 1/2 oz lime juice in each mug with ice. Add ginger beer mostly. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and crushed candy cane on top. Garnish with a whole candy cane and mint sprig.
