Blueface and his girlfriend Nevaeh Akira were dining with the rapper’s young son when a waiter approached their table and asked if they were smoking.
In a clip from Blueface’s Kick livestream that began circulating widely on Tuesday, the server can be heard saying, “Are you guys smoking over here?” Blueface, still chewing, replies, “Smoking?” The waiter continues, “Yeah, I can smell it. We had to move them over here. You guys smoking on the table.”
Blueface responds firmly: “Is that a serious question? You’re asking the wrong table, buddy. It’s actually disrespectful. That’s bad service for you to come and ask us that.” As the waiter walks away, the rapper adds a curt “Appreciate that, bro,” before muttering about other patrons and saying, “Blame the Black people.”
Nevaeh appears visibly annoyed throughout the exchange. No one at the table is shown smoking or holding anything in the video. The group was seated with standard restaurant fare in front of them, including a large soft pretzel.
The short clip, originally captured on Blueface’s stream, was later shared by TMZ and quickly spread across social media. Online reactions have mixed criticism of the waiter’s approach—especially given that a child was present and Nevaeh is pregnant—with speculation that the smell may have come from clothing rather than active smoking at the table.
Blueface, whose real name is Johnathan Porter, has kept much of his personal life on livestream in recent months. He and Nevaeh are expecting a child together, the rapper’s fourth. Their relationship has frequently played out publicly, including recent on-stream discussions of past issues involving his ex Chrisean Rock.
Neither Blueface nor the restaurant has issued a public statement about the incident.
