Lin Lamar, the Texas-based content creator known as Pinkchyu, said she attended auditions for the Bop House before her rise in visibility and was not selected as a member.
In a recent podcast appearance, Lamar described going to the tryouts after a friend invited her to Los Angeles. She arrived in her usual goth style amid a group of more bubbly creators and noted that she stood out. Lamar said she remains friendly with several of the women and recently collaborated with Aishah Sofey, one of the Bop House founders.
Lamar, 23, first drew widespread attention in early August 2026 when she took part in Drake’s “20 v 1” speed-dating livestream on Kick, produced with the Nelk team to mark Stake’s anniversary. During her segment she asked the rapper to bark on command. He did. At the end of the stream Drake selected her as the winner and offered to buy her anything she wanted. She requested a house for her mother. Drake agreed on camera, and Lamar later told outlets the offer remained active, with her only needing to send a listing.
The Bop House is a content collective of OnlyFans creators that launched in December 2024 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, founded by Sophie Rain and Aishah Sofey. Members have lived and worked together in high-rent properties while producing collaborative social media and subscription content. Lamar’s own aesthetic centers on goth fashion, cosplay, and alternative music. After the auditions she and friends pursued a separate project she referred to as a “goth house,” which she said gained significant online traction and led to further content opportunities including event appearances.
Lamar has stated that following her association with Drake some of the Bop House creators reached out about collaborations. She has continued posting under the Pinkchyu and pinkchyuwu handles across TikTok, Instagram, and X while maintaining her OnlyFans presence and releasing music. No formal response from Bop House representatives regarding the audition or later outreach has been publicly detailed.
Lamar has described Drake and herself as complete opposites in music taste and background, noting she primarily knew him from his early acting role on Degrassi rather than his catalog. She has said the two spoke at an after-party but has not claimed a formal romantic relationship. The house purchase for her mother has not been independently confirmed as completed.
