Arby’s is putting some meats on those bones literally. The fast-food chain known for its “We Have the Meats” slogan is dropping a limited-edition $46.66 “Meat Sweats” tracksuit designed specifically for Home Depot’s viral 12-foot Halloween skeleton, affectionately called Skelly.
The matching jacket and pants, part of “The Meats on Your Bones Collection,” feature an all-over print of Arby’s signature meats. Official product language on the Arby’s merchandise site describes it this way:
“Put some meat on those bones. Designed to fit a 12-foot skeleton, these never-before-sold Arby’s Meat Sweats feature an all-over meat print, transforming bare bones into a full-fledged meathead.”
It goes on sale Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 12 p.m. ET exclusively through ArbysShop.com, where the “Skeleton Sweat Set” currently lists as “Coming Soon.” This is the first time Arby’s has sized its long-running Meat Sweats concept for oversized Halloween decorations rather than people.
Arby’s has been teasing the drop on its official X account with posts such as
“Putting some meats on those bones… Something’s coming wednesday” and “Things get spooky Wednesday. be afraid @homedepot.”
The brand also shared Instagram imagery of a 12-foot skeleton rocking the full tracksuit in a decorated yard.
Dexerto and QSR Magazine both reported the announcement on October 19, confirming the price, collection name, release timing, and intent for Home Depot’s popular Skelly. No formal partnership with Home Depot appears in the coverage; this is Arby’s capitalizing on the decoration’s cultural footprint.
The strategy is consistent with Arby’s legacy of creative merchandising. The Meat Sweats line of tracksuits, which consisted of oversized human-sized sweatshirts and sweatpants featuring a meat print, was originally available as promotional items starting in 2017 and again in the 2022 partnership with Old Spice. Home Depot’s 12-foot Skelly has become an internet seasonal staple.
Alongside the merch, Loaded Rewards members can claim a free Chicken or Angus Cheesesteak with a minimum $10 purchase from October 26 through November 1 at participating locations (restrictions apply).
The $46.66 skeleton-sized Meat Sweats tracksuit is a real, announced limited-edition product launching October 21 at noon ET via ArbysShop.com. Stock is expected to be limited. No evidence of a formal Home Depot collab or any controversy. Just pure, meaty Halloween marketing aimed at Skelly owners who want their yard display to look like it just left the drive-thru.
