Lin Lamar, the Texas-based content creator known as Pinkchyu, says she attended auditions for the Bop House before going viral and was not selected as a member, according to a clip posted by the paid-X-verified viral-content account @allegedlyimo on Sept. 11, 2026.
The 63-second clip, which drew more than 1,500 likes within hours of posting, captured the audio from a recent podcast appearance in which Lamar described her tryout experience. According to the clip, Lamar said she traveled to Los Angeles after a friend invited her, arrived in her usual goth style, and stood out among what she described as a more bubbly group of creators. Lamar said in the clip she remains friendly with several of the women from the tryouts and recently collaborated with Aishah Sofey, who co-founded the Bop House in 2024 and later departed the collective.
Lamar first drew widespread attention in early August 2026 when she took part in Drake’s “20 v 1” speed-dating livestream on Kick, produced with the NELK team for a Stake-sponsored broadcast. Per Complex, the segment ended with the rapper asking Lamar what she would choose as her dream prize.
Lamar asked him to bark on command. He did. Drake selected her as the winner, offered to buy her anything she wanted, and she asked for a house for her mother.
TMZ reported in August that Drake was making good on the promise. Stereogum noted the bark-on-command moment separately. The house purchase has not been publicly confirmed as completed.
The Bop House is a content collective of OnlyFans creators that launched in December 2024 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, co-founded by Sophie Rain and Aishah Sofey. Members lived and worked together in high-rent properties while producing collaborative social media and subscription content. The collective has drawn Hypefresh coverage for its internal scandals, including weight-shaming and forced-pregnancy-stunts allegations from Sophie Rain and Ava Reyes, and for the group’s industry response after rival creator Kai Cenat’s OnlyFans ban, when the collective launched a streaming school aimed at creators rebuilding after a ban.
Lamar’s own aesthetic centers on goth fashion, cosplay, and alternative music. After the auditions she and friends pursued a separate project she referred to as a “goth house,” which she said gained significant online traction. Her X post from June 9, 2026 paired the two projects in a single line: “goth house 🤝 bop house,” with Aishah Sofey tagged in the post.
Lamar said in the clip that following her association with Drake, some of the Bop House creators reached out about collaborations. She has continued posting under the Pinkchyu and pinkchyuwu handles across TikTok, Instagram, and X, while maintaining her OnlyFans presence alongside her music work. As of publication, no public response from Bop House representatives has addressed either the audition or the post-Drake outreach.
In the clip, Lamar describes Drake and herself as opposites in music taste and background, saying she primarily knew him from his early acting role on Degrassi rather than his catalog. She said the two spoke at an after-party and stopped short of describing a formal romantic relationship. The framing on X (the @allegedlyimo caption reads “Drake’s goth girlfriend”) comes from the clip account, not from Lamar herself.
What the clip documents is a creator who tried out for one of the most-watched collectives in the OnlyFans ecosystem, did not make it in, and built her own adjacent audience before the Drake segment pushed her past viral threshold. The Bop House, by contrast, has cycled through multiple co-founder exits and a series of internal scandals, and Lamar’s post-Bop-House trajectory is one of the cleaner creator-to-crew origin stories in that ecosystem. The collaboration offers since the stream are, by Lamar’s own account, the Bop House’s response to her visibility rather than the other way around.
