Blueface Finally Claims Chrisean Rock Jr. as His Son After Previous Denials

Blueface briefly appeared to claim Chrisean Rock’s young son as his own this week, only to delete the post and deny sharing it.

A photo of Rock with the nearly three-year-old boy, captioned simply “My Son,” surfaced on the rapper’s Instagram Story around July 27-28 before being taken down. Screenshots quickly spread online. Blueface later pushed back on X, writing that fans “know damn well” he did not post the content and suggesting the deletion itself was what upset Rock. Some observers speculated she may have accessed his phone while the two were together.

The moment arrives amid renewed contact between the former couple. On July 20, they crossed paths at a Los Angeles boat party that Blueface partially streamed. Rock confronted him about his repeated public denials of paternity. Reports indicate she told him their ongoing conflict would end only “when you start claiming your son.” The two spoke privately afterward, and she was seen praying over him.

Around the same period, Blueface admitted during a livestream with his pregnant girlfriend, Nevaeh Akira, that he had cheated on her with Rock. “I cheated. I know. Sorry,” he said. The confession came shortly after he had assured Akira he had no intention of being unfaithful. She is expecting their child in late August.

The paternity dispute has dragged on for years. Rock gave birth in September 2023. Blueface initially seemed involved but later claimed a private DNA test proved he was not the father. In February 2025, Rock shared what appeared to be results naming him; he questioned their validity. He referred to the boy as his son on a November 2025 livestream, then reversed course again in March 2026, posting that “Jr is not my biological son” and pointing to Rock’s late ex, Karon “Ronny Doe” Cann, who was killed in 2025.

In a May interview, Blueface reiterated the child is not biologically his and acknowledged previously playing along with a family narrative because “we were making money — it was a good storyline.”

Rock has consistently maintained Blueface is the father and has accused him of disrespecting the child publicly. No mutually accepted, independent DNA test has been confirmed publicly. The latest episode leaves the situation as unresolved as ever.
