He and another man had confronted a patron in an apparent attempt to rob the individual of his chains. A physical altercation broke out with the targeted man being beaten by the group before he drew a firearm and opened fire in self defense. The shots struck Ben 10 multiple times in the torso and hit the second individual in the arms and legs.
