Blac Chyna Admits OnlyFans Promotion Led to Destruction, Embraces New Life

Blac Chyna is continuing to publicly distance herself from OnlyFans, saying she now regrets promoting the subscription platform and believes her influence encouraged others down a harmful path.

In an interview, the model and entrepreneur — who legally changed her name to Angela White in 2023 — said her past involvement with OnlyFans conflicted with her Christian faith and required personal accountability.

“If I’m doing OnlyFans and people are seeing that I’m making so much money, that’s going to influence them to want to do OnlyFans,” she said. “I have to speak up and take accountability for me leading people to destruction.”

Chyna was among OnlyFans’ most high-profile creators during the early 2020s. Reports in 2021 estimated she earned as much as $20 million per month on the platform, figures that fueled claims her total earnings reached roughly $240 million. While White has previously pushed back on exaggerated reports, she told Forbes in 2023 that her cumulative earnings were approximately $238 million, placing her among the platform’s top earners before she quit.

She launched her OnlyFans account in April 2020 during a period marked by financial strain and legal battles, including a defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian family that concluded in 2022. White quietly deactivated her OnlyFans account in late 2022 or early 2023, later confirming that her faith played a central role in the decision.

Since then, she has spoken openly about reshaping her life, including embracing sobriety, dissolving cosmetic fillers, removing implants and stepping away from the “Blac Chyna” persona that defined much of her public image. In past interviews and documentaries, she has described the platform as misaligned with her values and increasingly pressured toward explicit content.

Public reaction to her latest comments has been mixed. Viral posts sharing the interview have drawn hundreds of replies, with some users praising her for taking responsibility and others criticizing the timing of her moral reckoning after significant financial success. Skepticism over her reported earnings has also resurfaced alongside jokes and memes.

White has acknowledged the criticism but maintains that speaking openly about her past is necessary. “That’s part of walking in faith,” she said, emphasizing that her focus is now on family, accountability and spiritual renewal.
