A private moment turned into a public nightmare for influencer Isabella Ladera, who is now suing Colombian singer Beéle after an intimate video from their past relationship surfaced online. Ladera, a 26-year-old Venezuelan based in Miami, claims the video, filmed during their romance at Beéle’s request, was leaked months after their breakup, causing her immense emotional and professional harm. The lawsuit, filed on September 15, 2025, in Miami-Dade County, accuses Beéle of invasion of privacy, sexual cyber-harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. The couple’s relationship began in late 2023, sparked by a friendship that started on Instagram and grew into something more while Beéle navigated a divorce from his wife, Camila Rodriguez.
According to Isabella Ladera, they recorded intimate videos on their phones for private use, with the understanding that the content would remain confidential. She trusted Beéle to keep the videos secure, but as their relationship deteriorated, she asked him to delete them in May 2024. The lawsuit states that Beéle refused, questioning her lack of trust, even though Ladera had already deleted her own copies. Trouble escalated in June 2024 when two individuals contacted Ladera, claiming they had screenshots from one of the videos and warning of an imminent leak.
Her management team contacted Beéle’s team, believing the issue was resolved. However, after the couple split in July 2024, the situation worsened. On September 7, 2025, the video appeared online via a WhatsApp account, quickly spreading across social media and digital platforms.
A second portion of the tape emerged days later, intensifying the public scrutiny. Ladera took to Instagram to share her devastation, describing the leak as “one of the cruelest betrayals” she’s ever faced. She emphasized that only she and Beéle had access to the video, pointing the finger at him for either intentionally leaking it or failing to secure it. The influencer Isabella Ladera, who has built a following through her lifestyle and fashion content, said the incident has brought shame, pain to her family, and relentless online hate.
Her legal team is pursuing criminal and civil actions to hold those responsible accountable, firmly rejecting claims that the leak was a publicity stunt. Beéle, a 22-year-old reggaeton artist known for his chart-topping hits, denied involvement through his legal representatives. In a statement, his attorneys from Víctor Mosquera Marín Abogados and DMR Law LLC called him a victim of the same privacy violation, urging platforms to remove the video while preserving evidence to trace its distribution. They noted that Beéle’s ongoing divorce from Rodriguez may be linked to the leak, as she allegedly accessed private communications from his phone to expose infidelity.
The case has ignited discussions about digital privacy and the weaponization of intimate content, particularly against women. Isabella Ladera has used her platform to advocate for others facing similar violations, stating that the leaked video does not define her worth. Meanwhile, social media platforms like X have seen a mix of support for Ladera and spam posts falsely claiming to link to the video, many of which lead to malicious sites. The Isabella Ladera lawsuit remains active, with no reported settlements or court rulings.
