Who’s Coming to Trump’s Inauguration? Kodak Black, Rod Wave, Mike Tyson, Snoop Dogg, and More

January 20, 2025, was filled with the historical and electric swearing-in of Donald J. Trump to a second term as President of the United States. President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony is moving indoors to the Capitol Rotunda because of the extremely cold weather forecast in the nation’s capital on Monday, as the president-elect announced on social media Friday.

The unprecedented convergence of A-list celebrities, heads of state, and tech moguls joining in the celebration spoke volumes about Trump’s ability to bring together eclectic segments of society and cultural icons in one grand celebration of American resilience and patriotism.

From country star Carrie Underwood belting out “America the Beautiful” to Snoop Dogg headlining the inaugural “Crypto Ball,” the day was a colorful display of energy, unity, and hope toward the future.

The inaugural festivities were a showstopper with star-studded talent. Rapper Kodak Black, an outspoken fan of Trump, was among the hip-hop stars in attendance, as Rod Wave, Waka Flocka Flame, and Fivio Foreign all came out to celebrate the day. Boxing icon Mike Tyson and former NFL star Antonio Brown were among the additional star-studded guests. Country music legend Kid Rock and wrestling icon Hulk Hogan got the crowd going, and their energy for the Trump movement was unmistakable.

Carrie Underwood sang an unfathomably stirring version of America the Beautiful at the swearing-in, and people present were standing on their feet; Victor Willis of The Village People brought the house down during an unforgettable performance at the Liberty Ball.

The second inauguration of Donald Trump

Snoop Dogg, once quite vocal against Trump, epitomized the cultural about-face when he took up the headlining role at the groundbreaking “Crypto Ball.” This performance marked how Trump had learned to reach out even to the most eclectic, young, and tech-savvy base.

The rally marked the growing momentum Trump saw across demographic lines, particularly among Black and Latino communities. Many artists and influencers in attendance are now squarely behind Trump’s message of national pride and economic empowerment; most were once very hesitant to state their support out loud.

The timing of the inauguration, on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, added layers of meaning: unity and progress, encapsulated in the different guests. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Argentine President Javier Milei were among the international leaders in attendance, alongside business titans such as Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, a testament to Trump’s global reach and influence.

Everything from Lee Greenwood’s stirring performance of God Bless the U.S.A. to Jason Aldean’s country ballads during the Liberty Ball went off without a hitch throughout the day. Among those who made performances at the Make America Great Again Victory Rally were Billy Ray Cyrus and the Praise Choir from Liberty University, which offered moments of inspiration and celebration.

The inaugural events peaked with a message of hope and solidarity as Trump vowed to make America great again and unite all people.

The second inauguration of Donald Trump was as much a political as a cultural event, joined at the core of the most disparate parts of human life. That he could inspire and unite such a wide coalition—from celebrities to world leaders—speaks volumes to the lasting relevance of his movement.
