On Sunday, July 13, Philadelphia’s Culture Fest returned to Liberty Point on the Delaware River Waterfront (Columbus Blvd & Walnut)

Celebrating Black-owned business, art, and music in an energetic block-party style showcase. From 3–8 PM, the event transformed the waterfront into a stage for creativity and commerce, featuring seven DJs, a curated Black-owned vendor marketplace, live art activations, fashion installations, and cultural tributes highlighting local leaders

Headlined by DJs such as DJ Taaj, DJ Akomplish, DJ HBK, and Olubukz, Culture Fest elevated Philly’s music and style roots with elevated streetwear vibes and beats that honored both tradition and experimentatio.

Attendees mingled among pop-up boutiques, art displays, and signature cocktails while local creatives and vendors—many rooted in the hip-hop and street culture community—represented their brands and stories.

The fest emphasized economic empowerment: spotlighting Black-owned businesses and artists while bringing together urban professionals, creatives, and culture influencers.

It's not just an event—it’s a gathering of Philly’s hip-hop heartbeat, where rhythm meets entrepreneurship, and culture meets commerce on the waterfront.
