    Frank Ocean’s Brother, Ryan Breaux: Involved in Fatal Crash

    Frank Ocean’s brother, Ryan Breaux, was tragically killed in a car crash this past week.

    18-year-old Ryan Moore, also known as Ryan Breaux, died early Sunday morning. His death took place on August 2nd in Thousand Oaks, California.

    Ryan’s death was confirmed by the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office.

    Frank Ocean’s 2016 album,Blonde, included a feature from Ocean’s brother on the song “Futura Free”.

    Moore’s 11 year old voice from an interview was included at the end of the track.

    Moore’s interview included him sharing an intimate family moment. When asked who he would switch bodies with for a day, Moore’s answer was his brother Frank.  Moore explained it as, “just to see how much work he has in one day, just to be in the life of him.”

    An impromptu memorial appeared at the site if a Westlake Villa crash that killed two people over the weekend.     The crash took place in a fast moving Tesla, with Moore sitting in the passenger seat.

    Early Sunday morning, the vehicle crashed into a tree and soon after burst into flames.

    The car’s driver was identified as 20-year-old Ezekial Bishop, who also passed away in the accident.

    Moore and Bishop both graduated from Oaks Christian High School in 2019.


    Many have taken to publicly mourn the loss of the two young men.

    On August 4th, Kaia Gerber, daughter of Cindy Crawford, took to Instagram to commemorate the two.

    Gerber wrote, “my heart is so heavy right now”. Gerber described Moore and Bishop as the two people that made her “smile the biggest”.
