Victoria Prince received a job offer from a Hawaiian university and wants to relocate with the teens. He allegedly sent a letter to Spears‘ lawyer Mathew Rosengart asking permission for the move. The publication noted that if Britney objects, she would need to file an objection to the court within a week. If she does, the judge would need to approve the change in custody.

The news comes as Spears continues to struggle with issues related to her conservatorship. She recently had to halt the release of her autobiography, Through the Storm. People involved in her conservatorship filed legal documents. They demand a thorough examination of the book’s contents.

Britney Spears‘ conservatorship cut her off from much of her money. This includes the millions that she earned from her music and film projects.

Her erratic behavior and bizarre public appearances over the years have made headlines, and she was ultimately placed on a conservatorship in an attempt to protect her from herself. She was accused of drug and alcohol abuse, shaved her head, threw herself off a hotel balcony, performed without any underwear at the 2007 MTV VMAs, and more.

In an Instagram post on Wednesday, she spoke about being grateful for being able to feel like a woman again after years of living with her father’s abusive control and the “wrong system.”

It seems that Federline is doing his best to try and help the kids. In a recent interview, he said that he commends the singer for seeking treatment and says that he is willing to step in until she’s better. This is similar to what’s known as battered woman syndrome. Women in an abusive relationship often stay because they believe that the abuse is their only option.
