Trump Looks To Get Transgender Military Ban Placed Again!!

Trump looks to get another shot at Transgender Military Ban

Ever since the start of his term, it seems like Trump has been at war with America more than any other nation. Most recently Trump has been having a verbal war with Giant News Network CNN.

At the moment Trump’s daughter is in the process of being under investigation for communicating with people via an unsecured email account. The same exact thing that Trump just a few years ago said that Hilary Clinton should have been locked up for. As the drama dies down from the Trump Administration looks to create more havoc on Capita Hill.

The Trump administration is now seeking for the Supreme Court to review over its request for a transgender military ban. On Friday lawyers of the Justice Department filed a petition in three separate cases in regards to the ban on transgender military service members.

The administration believes “making accommodations for gender transition’ would ‘not [be] conducive to, and would likely undermine, the inputs—readiness, good order and discipline, sound leadership, and unit cohesion—that are essential to military effectiveness and lethality.”

Trump and his team are attempting to undo several policies formally put in place by the Obama administration, specifically targeting the policies put in place for the transgender community. The President argues that the gender only defined as the sex a person was assigned at birth and has since ended protections for transgender workers and prisoners.

Another big controversial issue that took place earlier this year was the administration attempting to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program, which The Supreme Court denied the request.

It marks yet another attempt by Trump to undo policy enacted by the Obama administration, specifically when it comes to policies affecting the transgender community. He’s declared that gender is only defined as the sex a person was assigned at birth and has since ended protections for transgender workers and prisoners. The administration is requesting that the Supreme Court rules on the matter before the case is heard by appellate courts. Trump used this tactic before when seeking a final ruling on the administration’s attempts to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program. The Supreme Court denied that request.
